1. Overview

WebAura Studio LLC offers digital services including web design, website development, branding, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and subscription-based marketing and development plans. As our services are custom-made and labor-intensive, refunds are limited and subject to review under specific terms outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

a. Service Not Delivered

If you have paid for a service or package and no work has been initiated within 7 business days of payment (without any prior communication or scheduling agreement), you may be eligible for a full refund.

b. Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate charge occurs on your card or payment account, we will fully refund the unintended duplicate transaction upon verification.

c. Subscription Cancelation Before Work Begins

For monthly subscription packages (e.g., Multi, Pro, Ultra), you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if no work has been started and no resources allocated. After 24 hours, partial refunds may be considered, depending on how much work has been completed.

d. Technical Errors in Payment Processing

If a payment was made in error due to technical issues on our end (e.g., server errors, misconfigured billing system), and no services were rendered, a full refund will be provided.


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds under the following situations:

a. Services Already Rendered

Once work has begun on your project, whether design, development, or content strategy, refunds will be pro-rated or denied based on the level of completion. For example:

  • If 50% of the project is completed, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • If 75% or more is completed, no refund will be issued.

b. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for changes in business direction, personal preferences, or decisions to discontinue use of the service once work has started.

c. Client Delays or Non-Responsiveness

If a project is delayed due to client inactivity, missed communication, or failure to provide necessary materials (e.g., images, content, feedback), WebAura Studio LLC is not responsible for delivering a refund. Time spent by our team on standby and initial work will be billable.

d. Unused Time or Resources

In subscription-based plans, any unused time or unutilized services within a billing cycle are not carried forward or refunded unless cancellation occurs due to our failure to deliver.

e. Custom Design and Branding Packages

Because custom designs, branding kits, and website builds involve unique, labor-intensive creative work, these services are not refundable once creative development has started.


4. Subscription Plan Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription plan (Multi, Pro, Ultra, etc.) at any time by contacting billing@webaurastudio.com or through your customer dashboard.

  • If you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the paid billing cycle and will not auto-renew.

  • If you cancel after renewal, no refund is issued for that billing period, but no further charges will apply.

Refunds for subscriptions are only considered under Section 2 eligibility terms.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

a. Submit a Refund Request

Email billing@webaurastudio.com with the following:

  • Full name and email used during purchase

  • Transaction or invoice number

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication history)

b. Internal Review

Our billing and project management team will review your request within 3–5 business days. We will assess project progress, communication logs, and resource allocation to determine eligibility.

c. Response and Resolution

You will receive a written response with the outcome of the refund request. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit provider

  • If denied, we will provide reasoning and offer alternatives (e.g., account credit, extended service)


6. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a valid charge with your card issuer without contacting us first:

  • Your account and access to services will be immediately suspended

  • Any active projects or assets will be paused

  • We reserve the right to challenge the chargeback with supporting documentation

To avoid this, always contact billing@webaurastudio.com before filing a dispute. In most cases, we are happy to work toward a resolution.


7. Quality Disputes

At WebAura Studio LLC, client satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to:

  • Request a revision (if within the service’s allowed scope)

  • Schedule a call to review your concerns with a project manager

  • Provide constructive feedback for adjustments

While quality concerns alone do not automatically qualify for a refund, we may offer:

  • Revisions or improvements at no cost

  • Account credit for future use

  • A partial refund, if we determine the service failed to meet basic standards outlined at the time of purchase


8. Promotional Discounts and One-Time Offers

Refunds on promotional or discounted services will be calculated based on the discounted price paid, not the standard price. Services provided under “free trial,” “first-month-free,” or other limited-time offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.


9. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of hardship, emergencies, or verified service failure on our part, WebAura Studio LLC may issue a refund outside of normal eligibility terms. These decisions are made at our sole discretion and require documentation.
